As one lives their life, they will come to find that there exists a certain specificity, which naturally develops within their body energy field. This specificity is the way things in your life which no longer belong in your life, will naturally, without any effort on your part, simply die away. This is the way of life’s rebirth within one’s journey. If one is attuned within themselves, they will be able to sense this specificity before it occurs. Then suddenly, without hesitation; a quick death will occur within the circumstance, attachment, or way of living, which no longer serves a purpose within your way of life. This is the way of transitioning through one’s life; one day at a time. One may become lost withing their own transition, but this is how one eventually finds themselves when they become lost. There is no way of getting around it, as the only way to conquer this specificity, is to head straight into it. There is only one way to conquer anything, and that way is to head straight for it and consume yourself within all it has to offer you. No matter what it is, when releasing anything from your life, you must dissolve it from the inside out. Within a things core, this is where the essence of its existence is born. In order to extinguish the vital essence of a thing, one must extinguish the essence birthed from within its core. I have come to understand that when a thing is ready to die away from you and your life, the cycle in which it has existed within, is now complete. A small transition has ended, within a larger collection of experiences. Death always brings life into one’s spectrum, just as life brings death into one’s paradigm. There is no easy path of release to be found within one’s thought process, unless they know what is happening as it is occurring. Many will become confused within this process, as uncertainty will reveal itself during this intricate transitional process. While witnessing and feeling this process contract itself within your body energy field, you will also be able to feel the weight of your body become lighter. This is because the useless energy you were harboring is no longer weighing you or your life down. Weight takes up mass, just as energy takes up mass. We really do not think about energy taking up mass, as this is an abstract concept for most of the others to understand. How does something one cannot see, possess any type of weight to it? It is an interesting concept, but when one experiences this certain type of transition, they will know firsthand exactly what I am describing within these pages. Firsthand experience always converts a reliever into a believer; unless the denial trait is permanently hardwired into their spinal column. If this is the case, then their spines should be ripped out from the back of their thorax. With many of the others, the fear within their minds is so strong, that the concept of opening their minds is almost too much for them to face all at once within themselves. This is what keeps and maintains the others as controllable and meek.
